Job Description
The Partner Sales Director at Celonis is responsible for developing and executing partner and territory strategies to drive sales, expand customer relationships, and generate pipeline through collaboration with partners and internal teams in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory partner plans to drive customer acquisition and expansion
- Originate and drive partner sales in collaboration with field sales and partner account teams
- Guide sales leadership on priority industry partners and facilitate executive alignment
- Activate industry and partner account teams to generate regional pipeline
- Identify and promote strategic offerings and campaigns to generate regional sales pipeline
- Capture and share joint success stories to demonstrate value
Requirements
- 7 years of equivalent experience in Consulting OR as a Partner Manager GTM Manager AE within the SaaS industry
- Sales and ecosystem delivery experience within US Public Sector - Federal
- Experience working with consulting and tech partnerships and understanding their business and value propositions
- Sales commercial experience driving go-to-market (GTM) with partners
- Strong ability to build and navigate long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Celonis
- Ability to demo Celonis core use cases
- Willingness to travel to meet with partner stakeholders
