Job Description
This role involves leading and managing revenue operations initiatives to support the growth of Celonis' North American market by leveraging data, AI, and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales efficiency and drive revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional revenue initiatives from concept to deployment and results measurement
- Partner with GTM teams to create data-driven and AI-native strategies for scaling growth in North America
- Design and implement operational improvements, enablement programs, and process changes to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Analyze sales data using Salesforce and AI tools to report on pipeline health, identify performance gaps, and surface revenue opportunities
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales teams to understand performance drivers and optimize strategies
- Influence the technology stack roadmap to enhance business scalability and sales productivity
- Own the full lifecycle of initiatives, ensuring full adoption and measurable business results
- Monitor and iterate on deployed initiatives to maintain effectiveness and revenue impact
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis, combined with strong hands-on experience with BI platforms.
- Advancing proficiency and curiosity around AI use cases for RevOps, including experience with embedded AI capabilities and conversational AI to simplify workflows and enrich customer engagement.
- Familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack and data infrastructure, such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo or other enrichment tools, compensation tools, and Snowflake databases.
- Deep business acumen with the ability to move beyond what the data says to why it matters, identifying the right KPIs to measure and grow revenue.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, either as a former BDR, Account Executive, or Sales Manager, or extensive experience directly supporting sales teams with operational and enablement improvements that demonstrably drove results.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives, showing strong leadership and program management skills.
- An analytical and investigative mindset, comfortable combining data analysis with qualitative feedback such as call listening and seller interviews to uncover root-cause problems.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build trust and drive initiatives to full adoption and success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Must be based in Raleigh or the surrounding area and able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
