Job Description
The role involves driving new business growth by acquiring clients in the State and Local Government sector, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of Celonis' process intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address them
- Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value
- Build partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 firms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales success
Requirements
- 8 years of demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
- 5 years of experience selling into State and Local government.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs, for example in Finance or Supply Chain.
