Job Description
The role involves developing and implementing talent and organizational effectiveness strategies, leading talent acquisition, management, and learning initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence and workforce development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Assess organizational capabilities and identify gaps to inform talent decisions.
- Partner with leadership to build leadership skills and develop high-potential talent.
- Lead engagement and retention initiatives to improve workforce stability, productivity, and safety.
- Implement organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve structure, decision-making, and collaboration.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning to simplify structures and enhance effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Create onboarding programs and internal career development initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes for leadership roles.
- Oversee performance management and talent development programs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and partner with leadership to improve retention and morale.
- Oversee learning and development programs to build leadership, technical, and operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with executive and HR teams to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and HR peers on talent and organizational matters.
- Standardize HR processes, utilize data analytics, and manage HR technology platforms to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years progressively responsible work experience in Human Resources with a focus on Learning Development, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, organizational design, and or talent management.
- Experience in a private equity backed, high-growth, or transformation-oriented organization strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building scalable talent systems and leading change in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive talent and organizational decisions.
- Ability to interact with HR Leadership and employees at a variety of levels with integrity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise.
- Proficiency in using computers and electronics equipment.
- Working knowledge of various software, applications, and programs including Microsoft 365 Office applications.
