Job Description
Support the Go-To-Market segment by analyzing data, designing scalable initiatives, and managing projects to help acquire and serve SMB customers, while gaining experience in business growth strategies and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement, and execute scalable initiatives supporting the SMB segment.
- Design, build, and maintain analytics and reporting to measure initiative success.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on analytics and user feedback.
- Manage internal communications for assigned projects.
Requirements
- Student of engineering, business administration or a comparable program
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to different groups of stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and proactively propose solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
