Job Description
The Lead Value Realisation Transformation Consultant at Celonis is responsible for guiding customers through their data-driven business transformation by identifying value opportunities, building business cases, and driving adoption of the Process Intelligence Platform to achieve measurable process improvements and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement using Celonis platform
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering measurable business value through data-driven insights and process improvement, gained in Management Consulting, Solution Technology Consulting, or in-house transformation roles within large enterprises.
- Strong track record identifying high-impact improvement opportunities across Finance and or Supply Chain processes and driving sustainable value realisation as a change agent.
- Solid understanding of core Finance and or Supply Chain processes, with exposure to large-scale initiatives such as Shared Services GBS, ERP or system transformations.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise data using SQL to analyse processes, identify value levers, and support business cases.
- Experience with analytics, BI, automation RPA or AI-enabled tools is a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms e.g. SAP and collaborating with IT, data, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives, owning scope, priorities, and timelines across different stages of the customer value journey, while leveraging partners where appropriate.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting insights, value roadmaps, and results to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or a comparable field.
