Job Description
The Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various departments, ensuring customer success and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to improve processes
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and measure process improvements
- Implement process automation to enhance process speed, value, and conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Drive customer digital transformation and support long-term value realization
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Experience with Supply Chain processes
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in Spanish, English, and German
- Ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary attitude with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
