Job Description
The role involves advising and overseeing the deployment of scalable AI solutions within enterprise IT environments, transforming prototypes into robust applications, and ensuring high-performance, real-time data integration and model governance to drive impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and safeguard technical implementations for scalable AI solutions within customer IT environments
- Architect and collaborate on transforming prototypes into robust, enterprise-scale AI-enriched solutions
- Engineer low-latency, high-throughput AI systems optimized for real-time data processing
- Build automated evaluation pipelines and establish lifecycle governance for large language models (LLMs)
- Troubleshoot and manage multi-agent workflows to ensure seamless orchestration and process integrity
Requirements
- More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques to solve business challenges is a plus
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English
- Ability to refactor experimental pilots for production-scale performance
- Deep proficiency in Python for building enterprise-grade LLM-based solutions
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP and related business processes such as Order to cash and Procure to pay is a plus
- Enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
