Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal aspects of commercial, technology, and corporate matters in Japan
- Act as a key legal contact in Japan, providing autonomous legal guidance
- Partner with business teams to ensure legal compliance and support business growth
Requirements
- A qualified lawyer with experience supporting commercial, technology, and general corporate legal matters.
- Ability to work as a key legal point of contact in Japan with a high degree of autonomy while staying closely aligned with the global legal team.
- Experience supporting a rapidly growing business across the region, specifically in Japan.
- Proficiency in handling legal issues related to commercial transactions, technology, and corporate matters.
- Strong partnering skills to work closely with business teams in a legal capacity.
