Job Description
The Global People Business Partner at Celonis is responsible for providing strategic HR expertise, partnering with leadership to develop organizational strategies, coaching senior leaders, and driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and understand their goals and challenges
- Provide strategic HR expertise and thought leadership on organizational and people strategies
- Coach senior leaders on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration
- Lead or support change management and culture development initiatives
- Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture and talent pipeline
- Advise on workforce trends, talent planning, and organizational design
- Leverage people analytics to generate insights for growth and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8 years of experience as a global HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced technology company.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus.
- Deep expertise in HR practices, including organizational design, talent management, change leadership, employment law, and employee relations.
- Strong market insight and strategic, enterprise-level thinking.
- Skilled at building relationships across all levels with strong influence and negotiation capabilities.
- Consultative approach with a strong ability to guide and advise leaders.
- Systems thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
