Job Description
The role involves leading full-stack engineering teams to develop scalable, high-impact process mining applications that enhance business insights through innovative data workflows, collaborating across functions to deliver impactful features and shape the future of process intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full stack engineering teams to deliver impactful product features.
- Make technical decisions balancing factors like scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and delivery of features.
- Manage team performance and support career development of engineers.
- Build and foster a culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- Strong technical knowledge staff engineer-level knowledge of software engineering is expected
- Experience working with technologies like Angular, Java, Postgres, and microservices
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across multiple roles and countries
- Ability to work earlier in the day to coordinate with Europe timezones
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations
- Experience building and maintaining an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within a larger organization
- Experience managing the performance and supporting the career development of engineers up to the Staff level
- Experience delivering robust full stack applications and libraries, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience leading the development and delivery of impactful product features in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with full-stack development, including user-facing development, product, UX, and backend engineering
- Experience building systems that scale across large datasets and demanding enterprise use cases

Base salary range: $255,000 - $300,000 USD
