Job Description
The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to drive enterprise transformation, customer engagement, and value realization using Process Intelligence and AI technologies, primarily focusing on industry-specific business outcomes and C-suite relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Customer Engagement Model and industry-specific transformation blueprints
- Drive adoption of Celonis Industry Strategy Value Framework and facilitate enterprise value-driven roadmaps
- Lead strategic customer engagements to deliver enterprise transformation and value realization
- Establish and oversee Centers of Excellence within key customer accounts
- Implement and manage Continuous Improvement Process Operating Rhythms using Celonis tools
- Serve as account sponsor and support client teams through Quarterly Business Reviews
- Build and maintain C-Suite relationships and align strategic planning with customers
- Support industry portfolio P&L management and develop methodologies, playbooks, and enablement for account teams
- Participate in industry forums, councils, and executive briefings to grow revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to align on industry value offerings
Requirements
- 10 years of enterprise transformation experience leadership, preferably in corporations, consulting, strategy execution, and or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific operations and value chains e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R.
- Proven track record of working with senior C-Suite executives and relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.
- Strong familiarity with Celonis, Process Mining, Execution Management, and value engineering concepts.
- Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Effective stage presence and facilitator of C-Suite audiences.
- Fluency in German.
- Qualifications for Enterprise Transformation Advisors include a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation leadership, with a focus on industry-specific operations and value chains, and proven ability to work with C-Suite executives and lead complex programs.
