Job Description

The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to drive enterprise transformation and process excellence for customers using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, focusing on industry-specific strategies, value realization, and executive engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Customer Engagement Model and industry-specific transformation blueprints.
  • Drive adoption of Celonis Strategy Value Framework and facilitate enterprise value-driven roadmaps.
  • Lead and oversee the setup and execution of Centers of Excellence within key customer accounts.
  • Manage continuous improvement processes through regular reviews using Celonis Control Towers and KPI dashboards.
  • Act as account sponsor in strategic customer engagements for enterprise transformation delivery.
  • Build and maintain C-Suite relationships and align strategic planning with customers.
  • Support the development of methodologies, playbooks, training, and enablement for account teams.
  • Participate in industry forums, councils, and executive briefings to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, Value Engineering, and Partners to align on industry value paths.

Requirements

  • 10 years of enterprise transformation experience leadership, preferably in corporations, consulting, strategy execution, and or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific operations and value chains e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R.
  • Proven track record of working with senior C-Suite executives and relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.
  • Strong familiarity with Celonis, Process Mining, Execution Management, and value engineering concepts.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Effective stage presence and facilitator of C-Suite audiences.
  • Ability to develop methodologies, playbooks, training, and enablement of Account Teams in the context of enterprise transformation.
  • Experience in participating in NAM CIO GBS Councils, NAM Change Maker programs, and industry forums, executive briefings, and technology conferences.
  • Ability to coordinate with Global CIO GBS Councils at Celosphere for the NAM chapter.
  • Experience working with Product Development, Product Marketing, Account Executives, Value Engineers, and Service Consultants to align on Industry Value Paths for Customer GTM Value offerings.
  • Ability to build Account Playbooks and Strategic Account Plans to grow and retain customers, and to establish governance models to track value realization, ROI, and operational improvements.
  • Experience supporting client teams through Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment with Customer Success and account growth plans.
  • Experience supporting the Industry portfolio of P&L business.
  • Ability to support and participate in NAM CIO GBS Councils and the NAM Change Maker programs to drive customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and improve ARR growth.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including the NAM EBC staff team, to align with regional and customer outcomes.
  • Proven ability to act as an account sponsor in strategic customer engagements for enterprise transformation delivery scalability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including building trusted relationships at C-Suite levels and strategic alignment through joint planning sessions.
  • Ability to support the setup and execution of Centers of Excellence (CoE) within key customer accounts.
  • Experience in defining, engaging, and implementing a Continuous Improvement Process Operating Rhythm with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews leveraging Celonis Control Towers and KPI dashboards.
  • Experience in leading and managing enterprise transformation projects with a focus on process excellence, strategy execution, and value realization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with C-Suite audiences and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific operations such as R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into executable enterprise value-driven roadmaps.
  • Experience in developing and delivering transformation leadership within respective industries, aligning best practices with customer value paths.
