Job Description

The Corporate Account Executive at Celonis is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers in the DACH region by promoting the company's AI-powered Process Intelligence platform, managing the full sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Germany to drive ACV growth
  • Manage a large cross-industry account patch, prioritizing and qualifying opportunities
  • Execute account penetration strategies to establish Celonis in new organizations
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, with value-driven communication
  • Position Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic enterprise layer across relevant use cases
  • Lead AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable value and ROI from AI
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end and collaborate with partners to accelerate acquisition and ensure customer success

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience owning the full end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise SaaS solutions, with proven success in new logo acquisition in the German market
  • Ability to manage a broad account set through strong prioritization and opportunity qualification
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of end to end business processes and business strategy
  • High affinity for AI solutions and developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives such as COO, CPO, CIO, CFO
  • Strong organizational skills with effective multi-opportunity management
  • High ownership, resilience, and a proactive hunter mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience using modern sales tools to drive pipeline and deal velocity
