The Online Community Intern supports the growth and engagement of the Celonis Community by managing online spaces, creating content, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and foster a vibrant digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online community spaces to ensure organized discussions and up-to-date content
Create and publish community content such as guides, event recaps, and member highlights
Coordinate logistics and support for community events and activities
Assist users by providing guidance, answering questions, and navigating platform features
Gather feedback from community members and contribute ideas for improving user experience
Requirements
First experience in customer-facing roles, digital engagement, or marketing through internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Interest in community building, user engagement, and digital platforms with hands-on experience in managing or contributing to online communities
Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and a high level of reliability
Creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a passion for improving user experience
Confident communicator with strong presentation and writing skills
Proficient in German and English spoken and written
