Job Description
The role involves leading strategic customer engagements to drive business transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence technology, managing executive relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of the platform across large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with key executive stakeholders to align Celonis solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end customer value realization, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal of services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Mentor and coach customers and team members to increase platform adoption and organizational maturity.
- Establish and execute program roadmaps and value plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and promote industry-specific innovations.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry.
- Advanced industry expertise in capital markets and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.

Base salary range: $173,000 - $233,000 USD (depending on location and qualifications)
