Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio will lead high-impact financial due diligence engagements for clients across various industries, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side transactions, while contributing to firm growth and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Strong understanding of industries such as government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to practice growth and develop client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and oversee transaction advisory projects.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic foresight and expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team of professionals.
