Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by leveraging AI and process intelligence to solve business challenges, developing innovative solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive value realization. It offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on growth, learning, and impactful technology deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Japan Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to Japan to meet clients and support customer success
Requirements
- Be a Japanese citizen or visa holder, willing to stay in Madrid for 12 months before having the view to relocate to Tokyo.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willing to travel to the Japan region to meet clients in person.
- Hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Have valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI, and the impact it can have on the world.
- Have at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Willing to support customer engagements by supporting the Japan Value Engineering team and collaborating with customers to uncover core business challenges.
- Able to support the execution of proof projects, frame business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives.
- Capable of prototyping and developing AI solutions, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Able to drive change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with customers through technical, product, and business expertise.
- Willing to support internal teams by creating re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
