Job Description

The role involves driving new business growth by acquiring and expanding client accounts through strategic sales, engaging with decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of Celonis' process intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address them
  • Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value
  • Build partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales success

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs, e.g., in Finance, Supply Chain.
  • Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to establish and strengthen connections across various levels of the organization, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in guiding the sales journey through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing the value of solutions, either personally or in collaboration with Value Engineers.
  • Experience in discovering and cultivating new business opportunities within a designated set of accounts.
  • Experience in building and expanding market presence by capitalizing on untapped opportunities in the region.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
