Job Description

The role involves driving enterprise SaaS sales within the Life Sciences industry by identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions to expand market share for Celonis' Process Mining technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying and developing opportunities within enterprise accounts in the Life Sciences industry
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Build relationships with strategic stakeholders, including C-level executives and operational leaders
  • Develop tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Celonis solutions address their challenges
  • Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to showcase the value of Celonis solutions
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions
  • Leverage team support from business development, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CSCO, CPO) at Life Sciences companies.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across Life Sciences process domains.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
