This position involves contributing to architectural design, coordination, and detailing within a multi-disciplinary team, under supervision, with opportunities for leadership and client communication, primarily focusing on project development and site observations.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to design, production, coordination, and detailing of architectural projects.
Assist in coordinating engineering systems with consultants and other disciplines.
Maintain communication with owners and consultants regarding project status and design concerns.
Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan review and approvals.
Perform field site observations and visits, including physical site walk-throughs.
Coordinate project tasks with team members and potentially supervise or mentor interns and junior staff.
Take leadership roles within project teams and meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required.
Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
Must be a critical thinker.
Must be highly analytical.
Must be a fully qualified professional.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
