Job Description
A Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for leading the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of technology products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps with milestones and priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Make informed decisions on product architecture, design, and technical requirements
- Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to release
- Engage with clients and users to gather feedback and refine product features
- Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor product performance and inform improvements
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven company
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and industry-standard management tools required
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, APIs, and cloud-based technologies
- Experience with AWS and Azure preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps services, GitHub, and Freshservice preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically while managing the details of execution
