Job Description
This role involves providing senior client leadership within the Health Market, building long-term strategic relationships, leading project teams, driving business development, and promoting Living-Centered Design to deliver innovative solutions and ensure the firm's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Health Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to achieve top-line growth targets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Create strategic plans by understanding client needs and assembling expert teams to execute creative solutions.
- Ensure financial success of projects by aligning business practices with firm goals and bottom-line initiatives.
- Engage in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, leading pursuits, and promoting cross-market services.
Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health market with a proven track record of client and team leadership, and business development success.
- Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Some travel required.
