Job Description
This senior leadership role involves driving strategic growth, market expansion, and brand elevation within the Science and Technology practice, while leading pursuit strategies, developing high-performing teams, and fostering collaborative, inclusive culture across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and implement the practice's strategic vision across regions and business lines.
- Shape market entry strategies and client engagement plans.
- Achieve targeted growth metrics through market expansion and pursuit leadership.
- Lead strategic positioning and pursuit efforts for large, complex projects.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams for market development and pursuits.
- Represent the firm externally at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 15 years of related experience in the Science and Technology Market.
- Proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Science and Technology Market.
- Strong presentation skills are essential.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Some travel is required.
