Job Description
A senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, market expansion, and brand elevation within the Science and Technology practice, primarily focusing on the East Region, by leading pursuit strategies, developing high-performing teams, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and implement the practice's strategic vision across offices, regions, and business lines.
- Shape market entry strategies and client engagement plans.
- Achieve year-over-year growth targets and secure new business through strategic pursuits.
- Lead large, complex pursuit strategies, including positioning, messaging, and team leadership.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams for pursuit strategy and market development.
- Develop and promote thought leadership through external representation, speaking engagements, and content creation.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture aligned with firm values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 15 years of related experience in the Science and Technology Market.
- Proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Science and Technology Market.
- Strong presentation skills are essential.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate sound judgment and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Some travel is required.
