Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the Science and Technology market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm while embodying Living-Centered Design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Science and Technology market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities with target and existing clients to generate net signed fees.
- Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate across services and markets to support integrated client solutions and business growth.
- Understand client needs and develop strategic plans to deliver creative, state-of-the-art solutions.
- Build and lead diverse, inclusive teams capable of executing transformational projects.
- Support firm-wide business practices, goals, and bottom-line initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Mentor and develop emerging professionals, fostering a culture of leadership, innovation, and Living-Centered Design.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Science and Technology Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.
