Job Description
The Content Manager will oversee and organize digital content for a large healthcare facility project, providing expertise in BIM and content management, developing standards, and supporting project delivery through content organization, training, and collaboration with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital content library, including BIM assets, metadata, and visualization resources.
- Develop content standards, templates, and manage shared parameters across models and disciplines.
- Handle user requests for content updates and improvements to the content library.
- Manage content in dRofus database for documentation and validation purposes.
- Collaborate with design technologists to develop tools and dashboards for model data review and validation.
- Provide training and orientation to team members on content management best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with A E C Design processes, including visualization and drawing production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of BIM Level of Development is required.
- Experience with AEC Design processes including visualization and drawing production.
- Must have a solid understanding of project phases from design through construction close out.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing a library of digital content, including 2D and 3D content representing Building Information assets, metadata, and visualization resources.
- Ability to develop content standards and manage templates in collaboration with technical leaders.
- Experience managing shared parameters for models across all disciplines.
- Experience managing content libraries in dRofus database for documentation and validation.
- Ability to develop tools or dashboards to review and validate model data in collaboration with Design Technologists.
- Experience providing training and orientation to new team members on best practices for content management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
