Job Description
This position involves leading the technical development and coordination of a large healthcare facility project, overseeing design integration, documentation, quality assurance, and construction administration to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of all technical aspects and content for a healthcare facility project.
- Manage the critical path process to guide the project team through technical and production phases.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary work to ensure integrated deliverables and compliance.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, work plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Contribute to project risk assessment, issue resolution, and quality management processes.
- Guide the development and execution of project documentation strategies and technical documentation.
- Ensure design intent is translated into technical documentation through construction phases.
- Integrate building performance and sustainable design goals into the project.
- Monitor documentation and compliance with contractual and code requirements.
- Oversee coordination of disciplines to align with architectural design intent and code compliance.
- Lead construction administration activities, including RFIs and submittals response.
- Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure technical quality and process standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles in construction documentation on institutional and/or commercial projects
- At least 3 years of experience in a responsible role in construction administration on large institutional or commercial projects
- Previous experience on large, complex projects
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Demonstrated focus on quality
- Must possess business acumen
- Strong client leadership skills
- Strong technical leadership skills for production team
- Capability to lead and mentor less experienced staff
- Advanced knowledge in discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software

Salary range of $103,200 to $129,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
