Job Description
This position is a Project Architect role responsible for leading the technical development, coordination, and management of a large healthcare facility project, ensuring design integrity, compliance, and quality throughout all phases from pre-design to construction completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of all technical aspects and content for a healthcare facility project.
- Manage the critical path process to guide the project team through all technical and production phases.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary work to ensure integrated deliverables and verify compliance.
- Develop and implement project quality plans, reviews, and technical documentation strategies.
- Translate design intent into technical documentation and oversee its execution through construction.
- Ensure building performance, sustainability, and code compliance are integrated into the design.
- Lead coordination of all disciplines to align with architectural design intent and project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles in construction documentation on institutional and/or commercial projects
- At least 3 years of experience in a responsible role in construction administration on large institutional or commercial projects
- Previous experience on large, complex projects
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States
- Demonstrated focus on quality
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Must possess business acumen
- Must have strong client leadership skills
- Must have strong technical leadership skills for production team
- Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff
- Advanced knowledge in architectural discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software

Salary range of $103,200 to $129,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
