Job Description
The position is a Project Architect role responsible for leading the technical development, coordination, and management of large or multiple complex architectural projects from design through construction, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of technical aspects and content for large or multiple projects, ensuring integrated deliverables and compliance.
- Manage project technical and production processes from pre-design through completion, including critical path management.
- Coordinate disciplines to align with design intent, client goals, budget, and schedule.
- Translate design concepts into technical documentation and oversee construction phases.
- Integrate building performance and sustainable design goals into project solutions.
- Monitor project documentation for contractual compliance and quality standards.
- Guide and assist in code analysis, safety, and energy compliance processes.
- Lead coordination of all disciplines to ensure alignment with architectural design intent.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including RFIs and submittals.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, ensuring technical quality and process adherence.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required.
- Experience must include 5 years in increasingly responsible roles in construction documentation on institutional and or commercial projects.
- At least 3 years in a responsible role in construction administration on large institutional or commercial projects.
- Previous experience on large, complex projects.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- Demonstrated focus on quality.
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must have strong client leadership skills.
- Must have strong technical leadership skills for production team.
- Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff.
- Must have advanced knowledge in discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.

Salary range of $103,200 to $129,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
