Job Description
The Manager of Strategic Sales for Facilities Optimization Solutions is responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management within a multidisciplinary design and consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets
- Determine and execute go-to-market strategies for Federal, Healthcare, and IQC markets
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of strategic sales representatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and high-value clients
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design client solutions
- Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategies
- Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for large or complex deals
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role required.
- Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market dynamics.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
