Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships within the Health market, driving business development, managing project teams, and delivering innovative design solutions while promoting Living-Centered Design principles to ensure long-term success and growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop long-term client relationships within the Health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and financial performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts.
- Manage and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to execute creative solutions.
- Collaborate across the firm to support business practices, growth initiatives, and bottom-line results.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Health market, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel is required.

Salary range of $134,600 to $168,200 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
