This role involves leading client relationships within the Health market, driving business development, managing project teams, and delivering innovative design solutions while promoting the firm's Living-Centered Design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop long-term client relationships within the Health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and financial performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts through direct engagement and cross-selling.
Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, diversity, and high-quality service delivery.
Develop strategic understanding of client needs and assemble expert teams to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art solutions.
Collaborate with firm leadership to implement business practices, achieve financial goals, and support firm growth initiatives.
Requirements
Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Health industry, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Some travel is required.
