Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships, business development, and team management within the New York City health market, focusing on delivering innovative design solutions and fostering long-term strategic partnerships to drive firm growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the New York City health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop new business opportunities by pursuing target clients and expanding services with existing clients.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering high performance and innovative solutions.
- Strategically plan and understand client needs to assemble expert teams for creative, state-of-the-art project execution.
- Achieve top-line growth targets by securing new signed fee opportunities and cross-selling services across markets and practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel is required.
