Job Description

The Senior Business Transformation Manager at Nexamp leads cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes, organizational structures, and ways of working using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, with the goal of driving sustainable change and supporting the company's mission in clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve processes and operating models.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods to redesign workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and redesign organizational structures, governance, roles, and decision rights to improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Develop standardized workflows, governance mechanisms, and decision frameworks to increase predictability and accountability.
  • Evaluate opportunities using data and impact metrics to prioritize initiatives and make clear, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Identify and translate technology, automation, and people-related enablement opportunities into requirements and change plans.
  • Build and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption measurement.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in transformation, continuous improvement, operations, consulting, or related fields, including 3 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and sustainment.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement and operating model design, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, root cause analysis, and clarifying roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
  • Proven project, program, and change management capabilities, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify root causes, evaluate opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive progress without formal authority.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing ambiguity with pragmatic execution and a strong ownership mindset.
