The position of Director of Health Planning involves leading and developing an international healthcare planning team, driving innovation and strategic growth in healthcare design, and contributing to business development and thought leadership within the firm.

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing healthcare planning team.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance expertise and support career growth.
Align planning resources with project needs to ensure quality and efficiency.
Advance healthcare planning innovation by championing new approaches and staying ahead of industry trends.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top planning talent and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Partner with business development teams to win projects and generate revenue.
Represent the firm in client engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and industry engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related degree
Proven experience in healthcare planning, with a preferred minimum of 15 years of experience
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, planning methodologies, and design integration
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience in business development and client engagement
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and meet financial goals
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Demonstrated thought leadership through writing, speaking, and industry engagement

Salary range of $180,800 to $226,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
