A design-focused architect will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, create visual presentations, and support project development from exterior to interior, ensuring client needs and project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to conceptual and full architectural design support throughout projects
Incorporate business and communication objectives into strategic design solutions
Participate in client meetings and present design ideas effectively
Prepare client presentation materials, including 2D and 3D visualizations
Design projects to meet budget and owner requirements
Collaborate with interior designers and subject matter experts on holistic design solutions
Identify, communicate, and resolve project-related issues
Mentor junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required
Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience required
Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required
Strong creative design portfolio is essential
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects
Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work
Ability to perform overtime work and travel, including site visits if appropriate
