Job Description
A design-focused architect will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, create visual presentations, and support project development from exterior to interior, ensuring client needs and project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual and full architectural design support throughout projects
- Incorporate business and communication objectives into strategic design solutions
- Participate in client meetings and present design ideas effectively
- Prepare client presentation materials, including 2D and 3D visualizations
- Design projects to meet budget and owner requirements
- Collaborate with interior designers and subject matter experts on holistic design solutions
- Identify, communicate, and resolve project-related issues
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required
- Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience required
- Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work
- Ability to perform overtime work and travel, including site visits if appropriate
