Job Description
This position involves supporting architectural design and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, assisting with project development from conceptual design through construction, and producing detailed drawings and models under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in the development, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems
- Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation
- Prepare graphics materials and images for client presentations
- Assist in research initiatives and all activities from conceptual design through construction documents
- Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions under supervision
- Work in REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections with guidance from project leaders
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and participate in project meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in Canada preferred.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects required.
- Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level required.
