This role involves contributing to architectural design and technical detailing within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing Revit and other design tools, and supporting project development from concept through construction documentation under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Design, select, coordinate, and detail architectural components independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Develop and manage REVIT models to produce plans, elevations, and sections across all architectural phases
Create preliminary design sketches for small to moderate-sized site plans
Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and assist in engineering system integration
Contribute to the development of design and concept drawings
Review shop drawing submittals and participate in field site inspections
Attend and actively participate in project team meetings
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
Council of Architecture - India certificate required.
Must be able to participate in the development of projects' technical or design characteristics and content.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
