Job Description
This entry-level architectural position involves supporting the design process through software, model building, documentation, and site visits, under supervision, as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on innovative and socially impactful design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design process using software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch-up
- Build physical building models
- Produce architectural documentation under supervision
- Create graphics and images for client presentations
- Conduct product research and assist with building code research
- Review shop drawings and submittals under supervision
- Attend project team meetings
- Visit job sites to verify conditions and observe construction progress
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required by hire date.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Proficiency with Revit and Enscape preferred.
