Job Description

The Energy Advisor - Commercial Sales role involves helping businesses develop innovative energy management strategies and navigate the energy transition, addressing complex challenges such as market volatility, reliability, and carbon reduction targets, while providing expert advice and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver energy management strategies for businesses
Advise companies on navigating energy transition challenges
Provide superior energy advice addressing complex issues like market volatility, reliability, and carbon reduction targets

Requirements

Candidates must be self-starters and entrepreneurs who are committed to delivering superior energy advice to companies facing complex energy challenges including volatile market prices, reliability issues, and aggressive carbon reduction targets.
Candidates must live in one of the following states: NY, PA, MA, NJ, MD, CT, DE, RI, IL, TX, OH, or NH.
Candidates must have the ability to develop and implement energy management strategies and navigate the energy transition for business clients.
Candidates must be able to communicate openly and honestly with clients and internal partners.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethical standards and integrity, holding themselves to the highest standards with zero tolerance for less.
Candidates must be capable of working in a team environment with support from internal partners to provide the best customer service and sales experience.
Candidates must be prepared to work in a role that offers a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.
