Job Description
This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary design team under a licensed architect to develop architectural projects for commercial facilities, including conceptual design, 3D modeling, BIM coordination, construction documentation, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities.
- Perform 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, and Enscape.
- Coordinate BIM with engineers and consultants.
- Develop construction documents and conduct materials code research.
- Complete schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings.
- Prepare architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
- Must have 3 years of experience in coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities, including performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, and Enscape.
- Experience in BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Experience in developing construction documents and conducting materials code research.
- Experience in completing schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings.
- Experience in preparing architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
