Job Description
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for scaling and optimizing paid acquisition channels through data-driven testing and performance analysis, partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve marketing strategies for a mission-driven, eco-friendly brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize key digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), and support testing of new acquisition channels.
- Execute and manage advertising campaigns, including ideation, briefing, optimization, and reporting.
- Develop hypotheses and run tests on creative assets and landing pages to improve performance.
- Support management of TikTok Shops, including product listings, optimizations, and affiliate management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze high-performing ads and ensure a seamless customer journey from ad view to purchase.
- Manage product feeds for paid search and social channels.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop insights-led testing roadmaps and translate learnings into actionable optimizations.
- Evolve channel strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Paid Social platforms including Meta and TikTok, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Experience with Paid Search Google, including managing product feeds and performance optimization.
- Ability to develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative landing pages to improve incremental performance.
- Experience in supporting the execution of Meta and TikTok ads including ideation, briefing, optimization, and reporting.
- Ability to own and manage key digital channels including Paid Search and Shopping.
- Experience in supporting testing into new scalable measurable acquisition channels such as Audio Podcasts, YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencers including affiliate model, and TV CTV (familiarity preferred but not required).
- Experience in supporting management of TikTok Shops including optimizations, product listings, and affiliates.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including design, brand marketing, customer experience, and digital product to produce insights on high-performing ads and ensure a seamless customer journey from viewing an ad to purchase.
- Ability to develop insights-led testing roadmaps and translate learnings into actionable optimizations.
- Experience in the measurement, testing, and optimization of acquisition marketing efforts.
- Educational background or professional experience demonstrating relevant skills in digital marketing, paid media, or related fields.
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to digital marketing campaign management (implied, as no specific physical demands are listed).
