Job Description
The Formulation Scientist at Blueland is responsible for developing and optimizing product formulations to enhance efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting product scale-up and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize product formulations to ensure efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support product scale-up processes at contract manufacturers.
- Evolve formulation processes to facilitate commercialization of new products and innovations.
Requirements
- Strong formulation knowledge of creating format innovation for cleaning products or similar consumer goods.
- Aptitude for critical thinking to support formulation development and problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple formulation projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail in formulation processes, documentation, and quality control.
- Experience supporting product scale-up at contract manufacturers to ensure successful commercialization.
- Ability to evolve and improve product formulation processes to enhance efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Educational background or experience relevant to formulation science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields (implied but not explicitly specified).
