Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator DTC Parcel is responsible for managing the daily shipping and fulfillment operations for Blueland's direct-to-consumer and drop-ship channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products while supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage parcel-level shipping and fulfillment operations for DTC and drop-ship channels.
- Oversee the flow of goods through the 3PL network to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor shipping KPIs and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Partner cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day execution of parcel-level shipping and fulfillment operations for our direct-to-consumer DTC and drop-ship channels.
- Manage the flow of goods through our 3PL network to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to end customers across our own Shopify platform and wholesale drop-ship channels including Amazon FBM, TikTok Shop, and Costco.com.
- Monitor shipping KPIs, resolve fulfillment issues, and partner cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Partner closely with the Logistics Coordinator Retail Freight and report to the Director of Customer Supply Chain Logistics.
