Job Description
The Formulation Scientist will develop and optimize product formulations to enhance efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting product scale-up and innovation at Blueland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize product formulations to ensure efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support product scale-up processes at contract manufacturers.
- Evolve formulation processes to facilitate commercialization of new products and innovations.
Requirements
- Strong formulation knowledge of creating format innovation for cleaning products.
- Aptitude for critical thinking to support formulation development and process evolution.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail in formulation and process development.
- Experience supporting product scale-up at contract manufacturers.
- Ability to drive formulation needs across the product portfolio to optimize efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost.
