Job Description
The Accountant - Retail Operations Audit Manager is responsible for leading internal audits of retail and manufacturing operations to ensure financial, operational, and compliance controls are effective, providing assurance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Internal Audit plan for Jushi Holdings.
- Conduct operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Provide operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in leading the execution of an Internal Audit plan, specifically focusing on operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Strong expertise in controls, operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and advice to internal stakeholders.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative professional with a controls expert background.
- Ability to strategically lead and execute internal audits within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to evaluate and improve operational processes and controls in retail and manufacturing settings.
