Job Description
The Manager, People Culture is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employee lifecycle processes, while fostering a positive company culture aligned with Blueland's values. The role combines hands-on recruiting and operational tasks to ensure smooth team functioning and a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and hire strong talent for Blueland
- Manage candidate-facing recruitment processes
- Ensure accurate HR data and compliant processes
- Design and implement onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Support employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain connection to Blueland's culture and values
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and People Operations roles, with the ability to manage approximately 50% recruiting and 50% People Operations responsibilities.
- Ability to be a key partner across the employee lifecycle, including attracting and hiring strong talent, ensuring accurate data, maintaining compliant processes, and providing thoughtful onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong connection to company culture and values.
