Job Description
The HR Administrator is responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data integrity, job and status changes, and compliance across multiple states, ensuring accurate and seamless HR operations while collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute employee onboarding processes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of HRIS data
- Manage job and employment status changes
- Coordinate state-specific employee badging requirements
- Partner with HR leadership, Payroll, Operations, and Compliance to ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Requirements
- Experience in managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding execution, HRIS data integrity, job and status changes, and state-specific badging coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage high-volume, time-sensitive transactions with precision.
- Ability to ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times through close partnership with HR leadership, Payroll, Operations, and Compliance.
- Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience working across multiple states with knowledge of state-specific employment and badging requirements.
- Ability to manage and execute onboarding processes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong follow-through skills to prevent errors that could impact payroll, compliance, system reporting, and operational readiness.
