Job Description
A Category Manager responsible for driving growth and market share across retail partners by analyzing data, developing strategic insights, and supporting brand expansion in the natural cleaning category.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead retail insights analytics responsibilities.
- Partner with sales, product marketing, brand marketing, finance, and operations to develop strategies.
- Turn data into insights to grow shelf presence and market share.
- Drive overall natural cleaning category growth.
- Develop data-backed, consumer-centric recommendations to support brand growth.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and turning data into insights to develop strategies for retail growth and market share expansion.
- Ability to develop strategies to grow shelf presence and overall natural cleaning category growth based on retail insights and analytics.
- Experience partnering closely with sales, product marketing, brand marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Proven track record of making data-backed, consumer-centric recommendations to drive category growth.
- Demonstrated experience in managing retail insights and analytics responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of retail partner dynamics, including key retail stores such as Target, Costco, Whole Foods Market, HEB, and Kroger.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management, retail analytics, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights and strategies.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role as required (implied by the professional setting, though not explicitly specified).
