Job Description
The Formulation Scientist will develop and optimize product formulations to enhance efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting product scale-up and innovation at Blueland. This role is key to commercializing new products and ensuring they meet the company's environmental and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize product formulations across the product portfolio to enhance efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support product scale-up processes at contract manufacturers.
- Evolve and improve the product formulation process to facilitate commercialization of innovative products.
Requirements
- Strong formulation knowledge of creating format innovation for cleaning or household products.
- Aptitude for critical thinking to support formulation development and problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience supporting product scale-up at contract manufacturers.
- Ability to evolve and improve product formulation processes to help commercialize products with a focus on efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost.
